Return Policy

Returns:
At Lord Laird's, we are committed to providing you with the highest-quality beverage products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your product to initiate a return. We only accept returns for defective or damaged items upon receipt.

 

Exchanges:
Upon approval of your return request, we will arrange for the return of the defective or damaged item. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please note that exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged goods.

Damaged Shipments:
In the unfortunate event that your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We may require photographic evidence of the damage to process an exchange.

Shipping:
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement item, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
